As Associate Director of Design at People Inc., I lead design initiatives for MyRecipes, a cross-site saving utility and home cooking platform that serves as the one-stop shop for home cooks discovering, cooking, and sharing recipes.
My role spans research, strategy, and hands-on design. Recent work includes initiatives such as recipe clipper, featured collections, and recipe search enhancements.
MyRecipes is a single destination for saving recipes across the People Inc corpus of recipes.
The product is growing rapidly, with new features such as the ability to bookmark recipes from any site, and featured collections to provide greater inspiration to users.
MyRecipes is a utility for finding and saving the best recipes, offering the ability to search across brands for whatever cuisine or meal a user desires.
MyRecipes is integrated onto each brand site, such that a user on EatingWell, Food & Wine, Allrecipes, or more, can save the recipes they find to a single account.
